Automation 360 Cloud : Control Room - Bahrain 1

Earlier today, we experienced an outage impacting A360 Control Rooms. The issue was traced to our underlying cloud provider is resolved now.

We are continuing to closely monitor the environment to ensure stability.

We are seeing strong signs of recovery, and most A360 Control Rooms are now back online. The vast majority of customers are able to access the A360 application and use its features as expected. Our teams continue to actively monitor overall service health and performance.

Our A360 Cloud application is currently impacted due to a service outage from the cloud vendor.  We are actively working with the vendor to mitigate the situation and will share further updates as they become available.
