Automation 360 Cloud : Control Room - US East 1

Due to an AWS outage, one of the A360 Cloud's sub-processor services was impacted, which affected a subset of A360 Gen AI services. Throughout this period, all Control Rooms remained fully operational. The A360 team responded swiftly and implemented mitigation measures to restore the affected services.

All services are currently operational. We continue to monitor the AWS outage closely.

Vendor outage has been resolved. All services are now functioning normally.

FYI: Our A360 Cloud Application is not impacted by the current service outage from the cloud vendor. We are actively working with the vendor to monitor the situation and will share further updates as we receive from them. For more updates please refer : https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status
