The underlying storage infrastructure issue has been resolved by our cloud service provider and the Document Automation service has been fully restored. Development and compilation of new bots/processes are now available and operating normally. Our team will continue to monitor the platform closely. The underlying storage infrastructure issue is ongoing and we are actively following up with our cloud service provider to restore service. The current ETA from the vendor is 2 hours. Development and compilation of new bots/processes remain unavailable; existing executions are unaffected. We will provide the next update in 120 minutes and appreciate your continued patience.

The issue is related to the underlying storage infrastructure from the cloud service provider, and we are actively working with our vendor to restore the service. This is a critical update for existing A360.40 to the Automation 360 Cloud that will not result in interruptions to the service during this period. This update includes fixes for an issue where automations failed intermittently when different versions of the same automation were deployed and executed simultaneously by multiple users, the Automation Command Center Overview page displayed incorrect count for automation status, the Activity name filter on the Historical page returned additional unrelated records when searching for an activity name, and Automation Co-Pilot requests displayed an incorrect status for certain steps. Bot Agent update is optional. However, certain features and fixes might require a Bot Agent update to take effect.
